We start at the train station of Bolzano and go to Frangart.
From there we will enter in the wood of the tousand trails in direction of the small lake of Montiggl.
From there we will go to the Great lake of Montiggl and finally on a single track we turn to Bolzano.
By the way we will have a coffee break.
Distance: 45 km
Altitude difference: 565 m
